He arrived when he said he would, he carefully talked me through the options, and helped me choose the service that the car would most benefit from. He used products that worked with my interior, and he got the dash, the floor mats, and the carpets looking the way they looked when I bought the car! And the tires! They gleam! Juan spent 2.5 hours making sure everything was as clean as he could make it, and then he gave me valuable suggestions I can use on my own. He is reliable, patient, and kind. Juan was an absolute life saver! I spilled a half gallon of milk in the back seat of my car on a Monday morning. I called Juan, finding him on Google, and he said he could be there in an hour. Because I had also never had the car detailed, I opted for the full interior detail package and this wonderful man was out in the July heat for 4 hours taking care of the mess of my car. Juan just did an outstanding and thorough job detailing two of my work trucks today! He was on time, communicative beforehand, and super kind.
